This has become my traditional work outfit, an oversized sweater and jeans, when I prefer an extra 15 mins in bed in the morning. Currently, I have this ongoing love affair with oversized sweaters. They make getting ready so easy! You just throw them on over a t-shirt and go. It definitely cuts down on my time standing in front of my closet in the morning wondering what I am going to wear for the day. Does anyone else do this in the morning?? I have soooo many clothes, but yet I always find myself standing in front of my closet for what seems like forever and still can’t find anything to wear. It’s a problem.

AND when I have run out of socks I just throw these shoes on. It really can’t get much easier than that!

As you can probably tell now most of my clothes are from Free People… because why not take advantage of my employee discount! But also I just love their clothes, what girl doesn’t?

The other day I was driving around Hartford with a fellow blogger, Tessa Wunder (check her page out- I take her photo and she takes mine haha), to find cool spots for shoots and came across this random building, clearly named Spaghetti Warehouse. I have no idea why the building is called that because I’m pretty sure spaghetti is not made here. FUN FACT: I hate spaghetti! If any of you really know me (shout out to my old roommates) you would know that I can only eat “fun pasta”, which I define as any pasta that has a shape (Penne, Gemelli, Farfalle, etc.) mixed with butter and grated cabot cheese (it HAS to be cabot seriously sharp- I did live in Vermont for four years). And yes, I just looked up those names so you can get the recipe right (I know I am weird, you don’t need to tell me lol). Anyway…

This past month has been crazy busy! I was recently promoted to MIT (manager in training) at my Free People store so my work schedule changed. I have been drowning in homework and readings for my classes. I’m in the process of planning a trip to Boston in March for a friend’s birthday. I’m still trying to figure out what I am going to do after May, when my classes end. And I’m trying to find time to work on RFTS. Sometimes I feel like I have no time. I created this to-do list probably about two months ago and still have not completed it. But I will figure it out, just like we always do!

So to end this long rant… stay tuned for more to come (I may share some more fun facts with you) and make yourself some fun pasta tonight, you will thank me!

hail
